  Some of the best Indian food I have had in a ages, we tried several things on the menu and all were delicious. Staff were also friendly and the service excellent, will definitely be returning.

  We were desperately looking for a curry en route home to Sussex from John O'Groats, with a team of cyclists who had completed Lejog in 7 days - and found this little gem off Exit 61 of the A1M. Friendly, helpful staff provided beautifully cooked food within minutes - and we were most appreciative. Perhaps a little less salt might suit some palates better, but 9/10 to Mahmud for meeting our needs, quite late on a Friday night.

  Tried this for takeaway and went for something different than usual jhalfrezi and regretted. Chicken Ceylon was not "hot" and too wet/ sloppy for my taste and a prawn Malaysian was odd sweet slop with bananas. Might try again if get desperate for sitting in because of previous good reviews and is closest.

  Amazing food and very friendly staff! I always go to this restaurant late on a Friday or Saturday and I have no complaints at all. Best Indian food I have had, wouldn't go anywhere else.
